Blazing Onion - Gig Harbor, Washington
|
|
| The third in a line of restaurants for David and Lorri Jones. This location has fine tuned the concept and developed the size, service and look for the fast casual restaurant that is up and coming. This will be the pilot store for future locations as well as potential franchising developments.
We developed a warm, casual, relaxing atmosphere without feeling that it is expensive. Enjoy your comfort food in a comforting atmosphere and enjoy your favorite sport on the many screens available so there isn't a bad seat in the house. |
The Parlor - Bellevue Billiards & Spirits
|
|
This high end billiards and restaurant facility was a $4.2 million dollar dream of a former dentist since he was 15. This site is 20,000 sq. ft. Supporting a full service restaurant and bar with a frozen drink rail in the bar top and 2 frozen shelves on the back bar for specialty vodka’s.
The facility also has 43 pool tables and 2 unique VIP areas for those special events.
The goal was to target the Bellevue crowd and the every varying demographics of the neighborhood as well as the business traveler who is staying at the connecting hotel.

BeachHouse Bar + Grill
|
|
The Beach House is the former Foghorn. This location sports a beautiful breathtaking view of Lake Washington and the owners wanted to bring it back to its ‘fun’ personality. We designed it to take full advantage of the lake view and outdoor seating opportunities. The owners have established a dockside delivery of food as it is the only restaurant with its own private dock. The interiors honor the original architecture of the space and opened up the vast ceiling designs that had previously been hidden by years of monotone paint. It sports a young contemporary, Northwest style and is another neighborhood favorite. View their website by clicking here.

Southlake Grill
|
|
The idea for Southlake Bar & Grill was created by brothers John and James Schmidt (who also own the Greenlake Bar and Grill and Eastlake Bar and Grill). Both had previous experience in the restaurant industry through their strong associations with the conception and development of Taco Del Mar. The site is located in the Alley 24 development and supports a bustling clientele in the evolving neighborhood.

Paddy Coynes Irish Pub
|
|
The second pub in the Paddy Coyne's line up is located in Tacoma on Pacific Avenue in the historic Olympus Hotel. The beautiful, hand carved bar was the anchor in designing this restaurant and neighborhood gathering place. Reusing the historical millwork and exposing classic brickwork key in developing a warm inviting and classic feel to this Irish Pub.

Fresh Bistro - West Seattle, WA
|
|
Fresh Bistro is the creation of 2 partners who own a catering business. They wanted a new venue for a sit down restaurant that would showcase their fresh new and healthy menu as well as their catering business. The site is located in a LEEDS mixed use building. We worked close with the owners and landlord to come up with a contemporary, warm ‘FRESH’ design that brought the very essence of the food forward in the atmosphere of the restaurant. Cozy, personable and warm. We integrated a fireplace, sit down counter at the kitchen and raising dining to give the restaurant a bright young character. Click here to visit their website.

Issaquah Cafe
| |
This was the first in a series of remodels for the Café’s Inc. This project
was developed with the intense criteria of a tight budget and even tighter
construction time frame, 10 days. Through careful staging, and
coordination with the contractor and building dept. We were able to
create a new space and have the contractor execute it on time, under
budget and with careful coordination, it didn’t need a building permit.
The restaurant has maintained its regulars and developed a few new
ones. Seating was increased by 10% and sales were increased by 30%.
|
Crystal Creek Cafe
| |
The family style restaurant started out as a 5,900 sq. ft. CMU building
zoned for retail. The facility use was re-established as restaurant with the
city.
The location of this restaurant offered a unique opportunity to support an
adjacent hotel that did not have a food service facility. It's menu is that
of a family dining. Our challenge was to create an atmosphere that
brought in and developed a "regulars" clientele immediately. Giving that
feeling of an established restaurant while providing a fun, warm and
inviting family dining experience.
|
Mardini's
|
|
Working with the project Architect, Michael George, we cooperated in
creating a traditional long lasting restaurant. The client has been a
successful restaurateur in the Snohomish area for many years and the
challenge was in expanding his restaurant without loosing the unique
Mediterranean quality of his atmosphere and food.
Design services included space planning, interior improvements, finishes
and furnishings. Specifically, interior lighting, detailing and finish
selections were key to the new space.
Because of it's unique space plan, the facility was developed to support
dining as well as a lounge without affecting the unique atmosphere of
both uses. The traditional elements of the design have held for many
years. The design today still feels as fresh and new as it did when it was
implemented in 1994.

The Cloud Room
