All of the Cafés have a 1940’s theme with geographical uniqueness. Issaquah Café was designed with the Issaquah Salmon Days in mind and recreated a 1940’s fishing lodge, loosely based upon a favorite fishing lodge in Northern Canada.

The Woodinville Café drew from the regions rail system and recreated a 1940’s dinner car from the Streamliners that were so much the lore of the train systems, reflecting the coming of the atomic age. The Redmond Village Square, puts forth the traditional Bicycle Derby Days that are still an annual even in Redmond.

All the restaurants key in on a large mural depicting the area during the 1940’s. Many landmarks can be found in the murals and regulars enjoy the nostalgia this provides.
