Redesign of a neighborhood favorite. Minimizing the impact on operations we produced documents, redeveloped and upgraded the interiors to fit within a tight budget. This construction time was phased in to allow the owner to shut down operations for a minimum 10 days. We opened on time, and under budget with maximum impact and obtained a new fresh look and kept the regulars happy.
